Pacific Shores is envisioned to be truly a unique waterfront campus, located next to its future Ferry facility at Seaport Blvd. It is a next-generation work environment, designed to facilitate productivity, satisfaction, and balance for industry leading companies and their employees.

It is a 106-acre waterfront campus with a 50-acre public access park, and a world-class full-featured 38,000 sq ft. Fitness Center. It is also a sustainable and responsible natural community that is directly adjacent to 135 acres of restored wetlands within the San Francisco Bay Wildlife Refuge. Next to Westpoint Marina, boat owners are now able to use this adjacent park for noon lunch and quick running exercise along its shore.
I joined DES Architects, as its Senior Designer and with Lindsay Noble and Rico Delmoral working together with Tom Gilman as its Principal in 1999 and considers this project a landmark vision for Redwood city.
